Daniel Viholm's lecture "The Hidden Life with ADHD" explores the inner life that is rarely visible to the outside world: intense emotions, a mind that seldom rests, and the question of whether you are good enough - as a friend, parent, or partner. The lecture combines personal experience with professional insight and a concrete look at everyday life behind the facade.

Daniel received his own ADHD diagnosis as an adult and now addresses the topic based on his own life and the patterns and misunderstandings that many recognize but struggle to put into words. He sits on the board of the ADHD Association and is behind HverdagsADHD, one of Denmark's largest ADHD profiles on social media.

The evening is for anyone who wants to understand themselves better or understand someone they care about - no diagnosis or professional background is necessary to participate.
