Mushroom Foraging for Beginners - Guided Walk: 25 October – 15 November 2026, Sønderskoven, Sønderborg. Tickets cost 255 kr.

A guided mushroom walk through the forest on Als, where participants search together for the season's mushrooms. Along the way, you'll learn about identifying features, growing locations, and safe handling of different species. After the walk, the finds are reviewed together, and mushroom samples and warm herbal tea are served.

Bring weather-appropriate clothing, a basket or bag for the mushrooms, small containers to keep species separate (optional), a sharp herb knife, a notebook and pen. Also bring a heat-resistant cup for the tea.

The group is limited to a maximum of 12 people, so there is plenty of time for questions and thorough discussion. Note: 50 kr. is paid directly to the instructor for the mushroom samples.
