Evening Sauna Bath

Finnish sauna experience (Löyly) with heat, cold, and nature.

Remember to bring: drinking water, a towel to sit on, and a sauna hat or small towel for your head.

The session draws on traditional Finnish sauna culture. Water is poured over hot stones in the sauna, creating a soft, humid warmth that fills the room, while natural herbs add scent and connection to nature. Between sauna rounds, the body cools down under an outdoor cold-water shower - the contrast between heat and cold is central to the experience.

Everything is guided at a calm pace with focus on presence and relaxation. No prior experience is needed.
