Fantasy Academy: Creating Vivid Characters for Your Fantasy Story

Fantasy Academy character development workshop: Saturday 17 October 2026, 13:30–14:30, Hovedbiblioteket, Odense.

This workshop explores core concepts in character development - including 'want', 'need', and motivation - and presents techniques that Boris has developed over 20 years of writing fantasy and sci-fi, including the series 'Tavse Verdener' and 'Panteon-sagaen'.

The course alternates between short lessons with concrete tools for deeper character development and exercises where you practice the techniques yourself.

The event is supported by the Danish Arts Foundation. Ticket sales open on September 14 at 10:00. Location: 2nd floor.
