Rasmus Kragh - adventurer, coach and winner of "Alene i Vildmarken" - is the first and only Dane to have summited Mount Everest without supplemental oxygen and completed a solo expedition to the South Pole. In this lecture, he shares personal stories from three extraordinary experiences: Everest, the South Pole, and life alone in the Finnish wilderness.

He discusses the lessons behind these extreme achievements - ambition, doubt, adversity, and the choices you must make when your strength is limited and you can only rely on yourself. The focus is on mental resilience, motivation, and self-leadership.
