Forfatterspirernes Writing Club at Husum Library

Forfatterspirernes Writing Club for young writers: 19 October – 14 December 2026, Husum Bibliotek, Copenhagen. Admission is free.

Forfatterspirernes Writing Club is a free writing group for young people aged 11-18 at Husum Library. The group meets on Mondays from 4:30 PM to 6:30 PM in the lounge from September 7 to December 14 - not during week 42 due to autumn break.

The instruction is led by poet and children's author Jeppe Madsen, who has published books for 15 years and taught creative writing since 2020. Participants do writing exercises, read each other's texts, and practice giving constructive feedback.

Participation is free but requires a free season ticket via Billetto, as places are limited. If you want to try the group once, you can just show up without a ticket.

Note: A season ticket is not the same as registration. You will receive an email from the library where you need to confirm your participation.
