Silent Disco and Sauna

Silent Disco and Sauna - headphone dancing: Saturday 3 October 2026, 18:00–21:00, Bevægelseshuset Siala, Hvalsø. Tickets cost 395 kr.

Three hours combining silent disco and sauna. The first hour and a half is dedicated to silent disco: put on your headphones and dance in your own bubble alongside everyone else. The music guides you through different moods, and you move however your body feels. There are no steps to learn and no right way to do it.

Afterwards, there are snacks and drinks while everyone changes into swimwear. The evening ends with an hour of sauna - warmth, calm, and community after the dancing.

No dance experience required, and you're welcome to come alone.
