Birds in the Sheepfold (Families)

Birds in the Sheepfold family workshop: Tuesday 13 October 2026, 13:00–15:00, Solvang Bibliotek, Copenhagen. Admission is free.

In this workshop, families create bird artworks inspired by the theme "birds in the sheepfold" - led by musician and illustrator Franz Bomberg and textile artist Debbie Kathrine Sørensen.

The two artists are affiliated with Solvang Library in 2026 through the project Nature's Fantasy / Fantasy of Nature, which has received support from Amager Vest Local Committee, Nordea Foundation, and children's cultural funds.

The workshop is part of the Teatermagi festival during the autumn break, which in week 42 brings performing arts to cultural centers, libraries, and theatres across Copenhagen - in Østerbro, Vesterbro, Amager, Nørrebro, Vanløse, Valby, Indre By, Brønshøj-Husum, Sydhavnen, and Bispebjerg. The festival is supported by Augustinus Foundation and Copenhagen's Performing Arts Committee.
