Guided Shared Reading: Literary Emergency Plan - Love

Guided shared reading - Love: Wednesday 21 October 2026, 09:30–11:30, Biblioteket i Herning, Herning.

Herning Library hosts a series of guided shared reading sessions spread across four meetings, exploring the theme of a literary emergency plan. Registration covers all four dates, and participation is free.

At each meeting, texts are read aloud and discussed together. The four themes are:
1. Love - 21 October
2. Body - 28 October
3. Conflict - 4 November
4. Climate - 11 November

The series is part of the thematic collaboration "Together on Emergency Preparedness" - a partnership between DR, Østifterne, the Danish Council for Adult Education, and Libraries, running from week 41 to 45. The collaboration takes a broad perspective on preparedness: not just the practical, but also the social, mental and cultural - how we understand crises, talk about them and help each other when everyday life is challenged.
