Leadership Between the Lines

Leadership Between the Lines - author talk: Tuesday 17 November 2026, 19:00–21:00, Store Heddinge Bibliotek, Store Heddinge. Admission is free.

Ayhan Gormez visits Store Heddinge Library to discuss his book "Leadership Between the Lines". The book grew out of four seasons of the podcast "Coffee & Leadership" and his own years as a leader in the municipal sector. Along the way, questions about responsibility, doubt, power, and human relationships have emerged - many of them harder to set aside than to ask.

The evening features stories from the book and space for questions and conversation. Ayhan Gormez is an author, leadership consultant, and host of "Coffee & Leadership". He has 20 years of experience from the municipal sector, including 13 years as a leader and five years managing other leaders. He now works with leadership through consulting, masterclasses, and lectures. With a background as a programmer and many years working with music, he also has an eye for how technology and art can challenge our understanding of leadership.

You don't need to be a leader or have read the book to participate. The event is free but requires a ticket - registration deadline is 16/11. Venue: The Green Corner.
