Three researchers explore coffee from different perspectives at Strib Library.

Lecturer Aske Skovmand Bosselmann covers the biology of the coffee plant, its cultivation and processing. Lecturer emeritus Anders Sanchez Barfod discusses sustainable coffee production and the impact of climate change on future coffee farmers. Doctor and lecturer emeritus Kjeld Hermansen concludes with the health aspects of coffee drinking.
