Prepare Yourself in 3 Days - Aulum

Do you know what to do if the power goes out for several days, or a major crisis strikes? This free event provides practical knowledge about home preparedness and crisis readiness.

The Emergency Preparedness Association will explain what a 3-day preparedness plan means in practice and offer advice on how to prepare your home according to official recommendations. Emergency coordinator Henrik from Herning Municipality will discuss municipal preparedness and the importance of community support during crises. The evening concludes with group discussion and a joint wrap-up.

You will take home "My Checklist" - a tool to tailor your home preparedness to your household - as well as insights into how neighbours and local communities can support each other when everyday life becomes challenging.

The event is part of the thematic collaboration "Together on Preparedness", a partnership between DR, Østifterne, Danish Adult Education Council, and libraries. Coffee and cake will be served. Venue: Rådhussalen.
