Parent Café with Health Visitors - Understanding Your Baby

Parent Café - understanding your baby: 19 November – 17 December 2026, Vigerslev Bibliotek, Copenhagen.

The parent café is held every Thursday from 12:30 to 14:30 in the Hall at Vigerslev Library. The presentation starts at 13:00 and lasts approximately one hour, followed by time for sharing experiences and questions - health visitors are present to offer knowledge and guidance. Please note that it is not possible to have your child weighed or to speak individually with a health visitor.

Today's theme is "Understanding Your Baby - Your Child's Emotional and Language Development". The presentation covers the connection between emotional and language development, and how language actually begins to develop from pregnancy onwards. You will also learn how to help your child with difficult feelings, share experiences, and read your child's signals - all with the aim of supporting your child's communicative and language development.
