Heidi Møller invites workplaces, networks, and local residents on walks that activate the feeling of catching up with yourself. Drawing on her book "We'll Meet on a Walk", she shares personal stories and experiences from over ten years of using walks as a tool for better wellbeing - and reads selected passages aloud.

The evening includes time for reflection, dialogue, and concrete ideas for how walks can become a natural part of everyday life. If circumstances allow, the evening concludes with a short shared walk, so the book's message can be felt in practice.

The event is for anyone curious about what small steps can do - whether you already take walks or simply want to get started.
