Albus Festival: Goodnight, Alfons Åberg

Alfons can't sleep, and his father does everything he can to fulfill his son's wishes. The performance follows Alfons' struggle to fall asleep - and his father's attempts to handle it with Bertil's characteristic calm. Tooth brushing, water, bathroom breaks, and lurking monsters are scenarios that most children and adults know all too well.

It is a dramatized reading from Gunilla Bergström's universe with Linda Elvira as the narrator and in the role of Alfons' iconic father. Target audience: 2-5 years old.

The performance takes place in the Children's Library and is part of Albus - Aarhus' festival for children's literature, held at Aarhus Libraries every other year. This year's theme is Time. The festival is organized by Aarhus Libraries in collaboration with Children and Youth in Aarhus Municipality and a number of other partners.
