Lars Movin Tells the Story - Denmark's Most Mythologized Album

Lars Movin on Furekåben's debut: Friday 13 November 2026, 16:30–18:00, Viby Bibliotek, Viby J. Admission is free.

Furekåben's debut album Prinsesseværelset from 1970 is one of the most mythologized record releases in recent Danish music history.

The album was recorded by the Danish Folklore Collection and released by the Aalborg-based label Spectator Records in only 500 copies - each with its own hand-decorated cover.

Based on his new book about Furekåben, author Lars Movin tells the story of how the album came to be.
