Intimate Concert with Young Flowers · Roskilde

Young Flowers Reunited intimate concert: Saturday 14 November 2026, 19:00–21:00, Roskilde. Tickets cost 200 kr.

Young Flowers helped shape the Danish rock scene in the 1960s and were among the first to bring progressive and psychedelic rock to Denmark. Big Marshall amplifiers, heavy riffs, and long guitar solos defined the band's sound. Now they return as Young Flowers Reunited with three musicians who collectively span decades of Danish rock history.

Peer Frost was the guitarist who put Young Flowers on the map as one of Denmark's most important progressive bands in 1967-1969. He previously played with Peter Belli and Rivalerne during the barbed-wire era at venues like Hit House and Bakken, and later became part of Rainbow Band, which evolved into Midnight Sun. For many years he has also played with Savage Rose.

Peter Ingemann came originally from jazz, but through work with Peter Belli in the late 1960s found his way to Young Flowers as electric bassist and vocalist. He has since left his mark on Danish music through bands such as Skousen/Ingemann, Røde Mor, No Name, Drops, and Bellami. In Young Flowers Reunited he delivers the band's power blues and acid rock. Behind the drums sits Hans Fagt, trained at Berklee College of Music in the USA, with previous collaborations with Kim Larsen's Bellami and Bell Star, as well as På Slaget 12 and Hanne Boel.

Your ticket gives access to the museum's exhibitions from 17:30, and the Rock Museum café is open all evening with drinks and snacks for sale.
