Organize Your Yarn Stash - Workshop: Monday 26 October 2026, 15:30–18:30, Trekanten - Bibliotek og Kulturhus, Aalborg. Tickets cost 230 kr.

Textile designer and yarn expert Bettina Balslev Sørensen from Furie Design guides participants through practical methods to organize, understand, and make better use of their yarn. The goal is to make it easier to find inspiration for new projects and get more out of the yarn you already have at home.

During the afternoon, you'll work on organizing your yarn stash, learn simple yarn measurements and useful tools, and discover how to combine and use yarn in new ways. You'll also get inspiration for turning your stash into projects you actually want to knit. The workshop is for both beginners and experienced knitters, whether you have a few leftover balls or an entire yarn collection at home.

Participants should bring 3-5 leftover balls of yarn, preferably in different qualities and thicknesses and without labels.

The price includes 3 hours of workshop, a compendium with tools and overviews, a material bag, and time with other participants. Coffee and tea can be purchased at Trekanten Café.

The workshop takes place in Orangeriet.
