The Good Transition - Inspiration for an Active Retirement Life

Are you approaching retirement or have you just retired? This event is designed for you. "The Good Transition" is a recurring event series at Hinnerup Library that presents retirement life in a forward-looking light.

The evening features a lecture by researcher and author Aske Juul Lassen, who has worked with ageing for many years. He draws on his book The New Old, which portrays a generation that does not withdraw but forms new communities and maintains an active and curious life.

Around the lecture, time is set aside to visit stands with local associations and networks that offer activities and social gatherings for retirees.

Admission is free, but registration is required for catering purposes. If you represent an association and wish to have a stand at one or more of the four fairs, you will find the registration link and information about stand size and practical matters in the same place.
