Find Peace Before Christmas - Meditation Evening

Find Peace Before Christmas - meditation evening: 17 November – 17 December 2026, Delta Huset, Dianalund. Tickets cost 250 kr.

Christmas can drain your energy: long shopping lists, endless tasks, and perhaps a hint of anxiety about gathering family from near and far. This evening is designed as a breathing space where you can unplug and let your shoulders drop.

Through a gentle, guided meditation, you'll be helped to release tension and recharge, so you can meet your family and old relationships with greater calm. The meditation guides you inward to your own core in a safe space, with a focus on feeling that what you do is good enough - and that you've already created good foundations for your family.
