Everyone knows the guitar, and many have one at home. But two classical guitars playing together can sound like a whole orchestra - you've probably never heard that before.

At this concert, Aros Guitar Duo performs music based on one of Denmark's oldest melodies, In Vernalis Temporis from around 1500. Four Danish composers have worked with the duo to write four very different pieces over this melody: touching tones, musical stories, atmospheric moods, and a rock-inspired duel. A simple melody becomes the framework for an entire concert.
