Koncertkapellet opened in May 2024 in the renovated Sankt Jørgensbjerg Kapel in Roskilde. The venue is dedicated to classical and acoustic music, with the hall designed around unamplified sound so audiences can hear performers up close. It is run by Foreningen Koncertkapellet, a non-profit founded in 2016 that holds a 30-year lease from Sankt Jørgensbjerg Kirke. The programme ranges from chamber music and choral concerts to folk music and experimental stage works.
