Smoking Course - cold and hot smoking: Saturday 14 November 2026, 10:00, Bornholms Højskole, Aakirkeby. Tickets cost 450 kr.

In this hands-on course, you'll learn the difference between cold-smoking and hot-smoking: how to do it in practice, what you can smoke, and which materials to use.

The course is designed as a shortcut to getting started with smoking at home - for example, if you want to make smoked food for your Christmas parties.
