Can You See the Forest for Just the Trees?

Forest walk for families and children: Saturday 17 October 2026, 14:00–16:00, Vojens.

Why do leaves change colour and fall in autumn - and what actually happens to them afterwards? By the next autumn, most of them have disappeared.

On this walk, we explore the world of trees and look for small creatures and fungi on the forest floor. The finest finds will be collected for a small exhibition.

The tour is especially aimed at families with children or grandchildren in primary and middle school, but siblings of all ages are welcome.

Dress according to the weather, and feel free to bring something to drink and eat.
