Annual Meeting in Randers: Saturday 14 November 2026, 13:00–15:00, Naturskolen, Randers.

After an opening presentation, the board will report on the year's work and members can provide input for future activities.

The meeting also includes a formal part where members and alternates for the local branch's board are elected. Members may submit proposals for discussion and voting if sent to the chair no later than one week before the meeting. This part of the meeting is reserved for members.
