Description was written before the event

From October, Harlev Library will have staff on duty three days a week, an expansion of opening hours.

This is marked on October 8th from 4-6 PM with cake, coffee, soft drinks, and a chat about the library. Everyone is welcome.

The expansion is a result of the 2025 budget agreement, which allocated additional funds to small libraries and to strengthen the local area.

About the venue: Harlev Bibliotek

Harlev Bibliotek is a combined public and school library under Aarhus Bibliotekerne. Visitors can borrow books, films and console games, read periodicals, and use computers with wi-fi. The library regularly hosts talks, readings and exhibitions, and several creative groups meet there on an ongoing basis. Next door is the Harlev-Framlev local history archive, covering the two parishes.
