DR Romanklub - Grindsted

DR Romanklub - book club: Wednesday 9 December 2026, 10:00–11:30, Magion Biblioteket, Grindsted. Admission is free.

Every year, DR selects the year's most interesting Danish novel in collaboration with listeners and readers from across the country. Together with representatives from libraries nationwide, DR chooses six candidates from the year's Danish novels, which are then tested with readers throughout the country.

In DR Romanklub Grindsted, we read and discuss one novel per month from December 2026 to May 2027. A club has also been established in Billund, but the two clubs do not read the books in the same order.

The first three titles have already been announced, with the rest to follow in autumn 2026. The first three are:
• In My House by Maria Hesselager
• C by Kamilla Hega Holst
• Sandø's Rose by Jesper Wung-Sung

Books are provided by the libraries. The first book is picked up at Magion Library, and the following ones are distributed at the meetings. The club meets six Wednesdays from 10:00 to 11:30, and attendance is expected - the book should be read before each meeting.

Meeting dates are:
• 9 December
• 13 January
• 10 February
• 10 March
• 14 April
• 12 May (voting)

Registration must be completed by 25 November 2026 and is on a first-come, first-served basis. Location: The Library.
