Oyster Safari in Limfjorden - hunting for one of the world's finest delicacies. Wading into Limfjorden's pantry, you'll learn about oyster life and the best spots to find them in the western part of the fjord. You'll catch, open, and prepare your own oysters.

After the hunt, we taste the catch raw, grill some over charcoal, and enjoy a glass of sparkling wine. Through a partnership with the team behind Stauning Whisky, you can also taste how a touch of Danish whisky complements the oyster experience.

The experience lasts 2-3 hours and includes cooking tips, wader rental, a glass of sparkling wine, and a bucket for your oysters to take home. Oysters are guaranteed.

Practical info: The tour takes about 3 hours. Dress for the weather and bring extra socks and trousers in case water gets into your waders. The meeting point is at Sortevej 23, 7790 Thyholm. The price is 299 kr. per person, and oyster season runs from September through April.
