A lecture about the journey from the first nervous casting to life in the baking tent - and everything you don't see on TV.

What does it feel like to be filmed while the mousse separates or the chocolate melts, your heart races and sweat pours down? What happens between takes and the finished programmes, and what goes through your mind standing in front of two professional judges being evaluated?

The evening also covers the cookbook "Our Favorites" and the work of collecting the recipes you love most.
