Bente Boisen and Rasmus Kragh from Alone in the Wilderness share their own experiences and explore the connection between wilderness and preparedness - and how we can stand stronger if a crisis arises tomorrow.

Moderator Simone Gustafson guides the conversation through four dimensions of personal preparedness: the physical, the mental, the practical, and community. What do you do when resources are scarce? How do you keep perspective when something unexpected happens? Which practical skills are worth having, and how much does it matter to be able to help and rely on each other?

With concrete experiences from Alone in the Wilderness, this becomes a grounded and engaging conversation about what the wilderness can teach us about being better prepared for a crisis.
