Torske Gilde 2027 - Cod feast: Friday 26 February 2027, 18:00–23:00, Madbaren, Hanstholm. Tickets cost 395 kr.

Torske Gilde is the biggest celebration of the year at Madbaren in Hanstholm, organized by Jønne & Carsten from Hanstholm Fisk & Skaldyr - rightly called the cod legends. The evening features multiple preparations of cod - including the famous "bukser" - served alongside beetroot, bacon and much more at long communal tables. Guests enjoy beer and snaps, listen to great music, and share plenty of tall tales.

If you've never experienced Torske Gilde before, this is the perfect introduction to one of the region's most beloved traditions.
