Guided Shared Reading: When the World Wavers
4. Langå Bibliotek, Langå · Free, men tilmelding påkrævet
Guided Shared Reading with Mai Kordelin Paulsen: Wednesday 28 October 2026, 16:30–18:00, 4. Langå Bibliotek, Langå. Admission is free.
Shared reading is a different way to experience literature: a small group gathers to read and discuss a couple of short texts, typically a short story and a poem. Mai Kordelin Paulsen, reading guide at Randers Library, reads the texts aloud, after which the group discusses them and what they spark in each person.
The conversation centres on what happens in the text, how we react to it, and what it makes us think. There is no single right answer, and you need no prior knowledge or preparation - just show up as you are. Literature is the framework, and everyone can participate.
Participation is free, but a ticket must be booked. Questions can be sent to Mai Kordelin Paulsen at mkp@randersbib.dk or 2166 6051.
The event is part of the theme day "Together on Preparedness", which the library organizes in collaboration with DR, Dansk Folkeoplysnings Samråd, and Østifterne. That day the library fills with lectures, activities, and conversations about preparedness. Venue: Kulturhuset Langå, Aktivitetshuset.
