Postnatal Café: Sound Bath

A postnatal café with a sound bath at Lystrup Library, arranged by Astrid from the baby and children universe Lille Gaia. The sound bath is built from living soundscapes with singing bowls, chimes and gentle rhythms that have a calming effect on the nervous system and strengthen the connection between you and your child.

Bring a baby blanket or similar for your baby to lie on. Only the child needs a ticket - 1 adult per child.

Afterwards, everyone is welcome to stay for coffee and a chat with the other participants.
