Suitcase Full of Stories - Dianalund

Suitcase Full of Stories is designed for childminders and nurseries - as well as a few home-based children if space allows - so children aged 1-3 can visit the library and meet a children's librarian. Research shows that fundamental language skills develop in the earliest years of life, and language is acquired through interaction with others.

During the visit, a couple of picture books will be read aloud, and perhaps a song or nursery rhyme will be sung. There is also an opportunity to register an institutional library card and receive book recommendations for books that can be borrowed or reserved.

The event is free but requires registration, as a maximum of approximately 20 children can participate. Register by emailing Sanne Ginger Noer at shar@soroe.dk or call/text 22910912 with your name and number of children.
