DN Faxe Annual Meeting

DN Faxe Annual Meeting with bat talk: Monday 2 November 2026, 20:00–21:30, Haslev Bibliotek, Haslev.

Before the annual meeting, Line Faber will give a presentation on bats.

Faxe Municipality is a hotspot for bats, with at least 10 different species found in the area. Line Faber, a local expert on the subject, will discuss the species, their habitat requirements, and how conditions can be improved. She will also cover protection regulations - what is and isn't permitted under the law.

After the presentation there will be a short break, where the association will serve bread, cheese, wine and coffee, before the annual meeting begins. The annual meeting is the association's general assembly, where the board reports on the year's work and a new board is elected for the coming year.

Agenda for the annual meeting:
1. Election of chair.
2. Board's annual report.
3. Election of board members and alternates.
4. Proposals from members.
5. Any other business.

Member proposals to be put to a vote must be submitted in writing to the section chair at least one week before the annual meeting.

All interested parties are welcome to hear Line's presentation and attend the meeting, but only members of the Danish Nature Conservation Society can vote at the annual meeting.
