Create a Mushroom Exhibition and Learn About Trees in the Forest

Mushroom Exhibition and Tree Measuring for Kids: Wednesday 14 October 2026, 10:00–11:30, Odder.

The forest is full of mushrooms right now in all sizes, colors, and shapes. We'll hunt for as many different kinds as we can find, collect them, and build a small mushroom exhibition where we examine their form, color, and differences. This isn't about finding edible mushrooms - it's about being curious about the forest's diversity.

Afterward, we'll turn our attention to the trees: we'll measure their height and calculate how old they are. If you have a measuring tape, feel free to bring it - the longer, the better.

Dress according to the weather. There are no toilets in the forest, but there is a water tap where we can rinse our hands after examining the mushrooms.

The tour is for children aged 6-12 with parents, grandparents, or siblings.
