Reading Circle: People, Technology and the Future

Reading Circle: People, Technology and the Future: 21 October – 3 February 2026, Biblioteket i Herning, Herning. Admission is free.

Can artificial intelligence understand people? How does technology change our lives, our relationships and our future - and what can literature tell us about the world we are entering?

The reading circle meets five times to explore technology's role in our lives through three books. The books' themes of artificial intelligence, digital communities and the future society form the basis for discussion, and along the way the film adaptation "Klara and the Sun" is watched together. No prior knowledge is needed to participate - just curiosity and a desire to share your thoughts with others.
