This session of the postnatal café focuses on baby massage. It is a calm and reassuring activity that strengthens the baby's body awareness and helps parents better understand their baby's signals. Baby massage can also support motor development, improve sleep, and ease discomfort such as digestive issues - while strengthening the bond between child and parent and releasing oxytocin.

The event is free but requires advance registration. The host is Anne-Mette, a trained midwife (doula) and yoga teacher specializing in postpartum care.

Postnatal cafés are normally free without registration, but for special events like this one where professionals are invited, there is either a fee or a registration requirement.
