Three days don't change a life, but they can change its direction. The Ad Astra Project is built on a simple idea: what happens when you take someone who feels they have more to offer but has gotten a bit stuck, and challenge their habits, surroundings, self-confidence, and self-perception over three intensive days? This Sunday, you're invited to the conclusion of the programme.

Over the weekend, one participant has gone through three intensive days focused on personal development - meeting different people and specialists, working on themselves, and stepping outside their comfort zone. On Sunday, he shares his own story and the journey he has been through in the project.

But the event isn't just about him - it's also about you. Personal development doesn't require ice baths at 4:30 AM or 90 minutes of meditation. Often, change starts small: in daily habits, the promises you keep to yourself, the people you surround yourself with, and the way you talk to yourself. That's why the programme also focuses on concrete and realistic routines and tools you can take with you the same day.

The agenda includes the story behind The Ad Astra Project, tools for self-confidence, habits and self-leadership, small changes you can implement immediately, reflection on your own direction in life, the participant's personal story, and the chance to meet others who also want more.

You don't need to have your life figured out to participate - that's actually rather the point. Come as you are, bring something to write with, and be ready to ask yourself some questions you might not ask often enough.
