Walking tour with health facilitator Aage in Aalborg East

Aage has long made a daily walk part of his routine. Movement makes him happier, and it's easier to stay motivated when you get out every day. As a health facilitator, he now invites others to join his walks, both to get people moving and because it's more fun to walk together.

Aage walks every Monday and Thursday from 10:00 to 11:00. Meet in front of Trekanten at Astrupstien/Kulturtorvet, and the walk ends with free tea and coffee at Trekanten Kulturhus.

The offer is open to everyone who wants to take a walk in the company of others. The pace and length of the walk are adjusted to suit the participants.
