What happens to an inheritance when someone dies, and who decides how it is distributed? A will can influence the distribution - but what does it actually entail, and what applies to tax-free gifts and family transactions?

Lawyer Charlotte Szymala from Ældre Sagen will give an introduction to the most important rules about inheritance, wills, estates and gifts. She will explain the different ways an estate can be settled and how inheritance is distributed under the law. There will be an opportunity to ask questions during the talk.

The event is a collaboration between Sorø Library and Ældre Sagen Dianalund-Stenlille, who will provide snacks and refreshments.
