Postnatal Café: Sound Bath

A postnatal café at Risskov Library featuring a sound bath arranged by Astrid from the baby and children universe Lille Gaia. The sound bath is created with live soundscapes using singing bowls, chimes, and gentle rhythms.

Bring a baby blanket or similar for your baby. Only the baby needs a ticket, and there is room for one adult per child.

After the sound bath, there is an opportunity to stay and have a cup of coffee and chat with other participants.
