Risskov Bibliotek on Fortebakken is one of the larger branch libraries in Aarhus, part of Aarhus Bibliotekerne. Besides lending books and providing internet access, it offers free hire of the Pavilion for club and association meetings, a children's section with a play area, and an on-site Borgerservice where visitors can apply for passports, driving licences and MitID assistance. The local history archive Vejlby-Risskov Lokalhistoriske Arkiv is open here every Wednesday.
