Nymåne - Singing Bowl Healing with Freja and Claes

Nymåne - Singing Bowl Healing with Freja and Claes: Monday 9 November 2026, 19:00–21:00, Delta Huset, Dianalund. Tickets cost 300 kr.

Each ceremony unfolds uniquely, shaped by your own intention and the journey you seek. The sound and vibrations from traditional full-moon singing bowls quickly release stress and tension, bringing you into a relaxed, meditative state - from here, healing of body and mind can begin. Everyone can participate, regardless of where you stand in your personal development, whether you seek spiritual answers, want to strengthen your connection to your higher self, feel emotionally or energetically out of balance, or simply need to disconnect from everyday life. Claes and Freja work from gratitude, love, and respect, present before, during, and after the ceremony in a calm and caring space.

There is room for a maximum of 10 people per ceremony, so everyone receives full benefit and a safe experience. The price is 300 kr. You will be grounded with the bowl you intuitively choose - and thus the chakra where you have the most imbalance - and receive a stone or crystal that matches the chakra and can strengthen your energy moving forward. You can also draw a personal card with a message. Drinks and snacks are served both before and after the ceremony.

It is recommended that you bring your own notebook for what you want to remember, as well as any sacred objects such as stones or crystals that can strengthen your journey. Wear comfortable clothing.

If you have questions, you are welcome to contact Claes and Freja. Delta Huset, Dianalund.
