Meet Jesper Wung-Sung and hear about 'Sandøs rose'

Jesper Wung-Sung visits Store Heddinge Library to discuss his acclaimed novel "Sandøs rose" - a retelling of Martin A. Hansen's "Løgneren", but seen through the eyes of Annemari: the woman with whom Johannes, the protagonist of "Løgneren", is in love.

Wung-Sung talks about how one can engage in dialogue with older narratives and breathe new life into them while creating an independent story. Martin A. Hansen is one of Stevns' renowned authors, and "Løgneren" is considered his most popular work.
