Christmas in Full Music - story concert: Saturday 28 November 2026, 13:00–14:00, Vigerslev Bibliotek, Copenhagen. Admission is free.

How much do you really know about Christmas - about Christmas gifts, Christmas trees, the birth of Jesus, and Christmas mass? What is fiction, and what is fact? What is myth, and what belongs in history books? Where do the elves come from, and does Santa Claus really exist?

These questions are explored in this story that blends legends, archaeological findings, Christmas music, and elf mischief in a journey through time, sound, and place. The event is aimed at children aged 8-13 and their siblings and parents.

Christmas in Full Music is supported by Valby Local Committee and takes place in the Hall. Admission is free, but tickets must be reserved at billetto.dk.

About the venue: Vigerslev Bibliotek

Vigerslev Library sits in the Folehave district of Valby and serves as both a public and school library under Copenhagen Libraries. The large single-room space is divided between a children's area with room to play and read, and a quieter section for adults. The library acts as a local hub, regularly hosting events such as read-alouds, community singing, a people's kitchen and holiday camps, often in partnership with nearby daycare centres and local organisations.
