Baby Zone Therapy

Baby Zone Therapy workshop: Thursday 10 December 2026, 10:00–11:00, Osramhuset, Copenhagen. Tickets cost 95 kr.

This workshop provides practical tools for using zone therapy on your baby. You'll learn about the stomach and digestion - which points and zones can help get baby's digestion going - and gain hands-on techniques to create more calm around sleep. There's also a focus on touch and presence, where the instructor shows how to massage your baby gently and lovingly so you can relax together.

Helle Munk demonstrates pressure and massage techniques first, then participants can practice on their own baby if the baby is in the mood. The workshop is conducted on the babies' terms and is aimed at all parents with babies who want to learn zone therapy for home use.

Helle Munk is known as The Cycling Baby Zone Therapist and has specialized in treating babies and young children for over 15 years. Over the years she has taught parents how gentle, loving pressure at home can ease common baby discomforts.
