Author Meeting for 4th Grade: Babak Vakili

Syddjurs Library, with support from the Danish Arts Foundation, arranges an author meeting for the municipality's 4th grade classes with Babak Vakili - author of the children's book series Anas Hashim and trained rapper.

The meeting alternates between rap, storytelling, and quiz based on the Anas Hashim universe, and concludes with a joint workshop where students write and perform their own rap. The themes include friendship, identity, standing out, discrimination, and creativity through language. The target audience is children aged 9-12, and active participation from the students is encouraged.

The event takes place at Rønde Højskole on Thursday, October 1, 2026 in two sessions: 9:00-10:00 and 11:00-12:00. The price is 40 kr. per student - the school will be invoiced after the event.
