This year you can witness a solar eclipse where the moon covers more than 80% of the sun.

Sven Ove Thimm from the Danish Astronomical Society will talk about the sun, observations, and the upcoming solar eclipse. All participants receive a free pair of solar eclipse glasses to take home.

Free admission, but registration is required.

Hals Bibliotek on Østergade is a branch of Aalborg Bibliotekerne and serves as the local cultural hub in the coastal town of Hals in North Jutland.
