We take for granted that debit cards, electricity and internet work - but what do you do when they don't? What do you do if the water stops running from the tap and you can't shop?

At this event, Beredskabsforbundet (the Danish Emergency Management Agency) offers practical advice on how to manage on your own for up to three days and keep an eye on your neighbours.

Hals Bibliotek on Østergade is a branch of Aalborg Bibliotekerne and serves as the local cultural hub in the coastal town of Hals in North Jutland. It offers book and magazine lending, computers, free wifi, and printing, copying and scanning.
